All machinery is sold "AS IS" and "WHERE IS." No warranties are expressed or implied. Prospective bidders are advised to inspect equipment thoroughly prior to bidding.
PAYMENT & CLOSING
Final payment is due within 10 business days of the auction closing. Cash, certified checks, and major credit cards are accepted at the time of purchase.
INSPECTION & TESTING
Bidders are responsible for their own inspection and testing of all equipment. The estate reserves the right to refuse any bid at any time for any reason.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of a dispute regarding the condition of machinery or the authenticity of a bid, the estate will make a final determination.
